IBTI Web Tools is concerned with meticulously following the General Data Protection Law, the Marco Civil da Internet and other current regulations on the subject, and therefore requires your express consent regarding the data we collect, store, process and share.
IBTI Web Tools takes care of its users' data and employs effective means of protecting it, as you can see by reading our Privacy Policy.

I - CONSENT
To register with IBTI Web Tools, the USER must expressly consent to the collection, processing and storage of the personal data provided, including registration data, navigation data, IP addresses, test results, among others made available on the Platform and captured automatically, as per detailed below: (“Data”).
II – WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT
For registration purposes, IBTI Web Tools collects and stores its users' data, detailed below, with the purpose of enabling USER access and use of the Platform's functionalities, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
a) NAME AND EMAIL
Name and email are essential data so that we can communicate with you, if necessary. We also use this data and the photo to make the Platform more personalized.
This information will not be used under any circumstances to send SPAM, by IBTI Web Tools or by third parties.
b) PASSWORD
To register with IBTI Web Tools you will need to create an access password. This password is encrypted and is not accessible to our team members. We recommend that you create a strong password, with numbers and characters, and leave it in a safe place so that third parties cannot access it. The password is the USER's responsibility.
c) PHOTO
To navigate and access IBTI Web Tools features you do not need to have added a photo, but it will make the Application more personalized, which is why IBTI Web Tools allows this option. Rest assured, we do not share your photo with third parties. Attention, it is not permitted to include false information or illicit photos, as set out in the IBTI Web Tools Terms of Use.
d) EDUCATION INSTITUTION
The Educational Institution you are attending or have already attended is also optional, we do not use this information to pass on to third parties, except in statistical form. We recommend that this information be filled in, so that IBTI Web Tools can offer an increasingly personalized service.
e) DATA RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTIES
If the USER chooses to log in to IBTI Web Tools through a third-party authentication service, for example, social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, IBTI Web Tools may receive public data from the USER's profile or other information authorized by media.
g) GEOLOCATION
IBTI Web Tools may collect users' geolocation data for statistical purposes, always with the aim of improving the services provided to the USER.
As is clear, IBTI Web Tools only collects data necessary to develop the Platform and develop new features for users.
Therefore, the Data collected may have the following purposes:
Carry out analyzes and studies related to users' behavior, interests and demographics, in order to understand their demands, interests and, in this way, provide more appropriate, efficient and interesting services, online and offline.
Cross-reference, aggregate and select Data provided by users or captured by the platform with Data obtained from third parties with the intention of expanding knowledge about users' interests and providing better services, as well as offering services that are more relevant to the users' profile.
Send, through messages, information regarding products, services, advertising, promotions, banners and news related to IT areas.
III - PROTECTION OF COLLECTED DATA
IBTI Web Tools guarantees that it will keep all user data obtained at the time of registration, navigation and use, or at any other time of contact/communication between the USER and the platform, in a secure environment and stored in our database , on a contracted server, in a private cloud.
The data will be kept for 6 (six) months, in compliance with the Marco Civil da Internet or for a longer period, as long as it is defined by judicial and/or administrative order, in accordance with current legislation.

IV - COOKIES
IBTI Web Tools may use functional cookies to store authentication tokens and prevent the USER from entering a login and password for each action performed on the Platform.
V- DATA SHARING
IBTI Web Tools may share its users' data in the following ways:
a) ANONYMIZED DATA
“Anonymized data is data relating to a holder who cannot be identified, considering the use of reasonable technical means available at the time of processing.” (General Data Protection Law)
b) COMPLETE DATA
IBTI Web Tools may also reveal to third parties the Complete Data provided by users when registering and browsing the Platform, as well as that collected directly by the platform, including platform access records (IP address, date, time and time zone) and the identification and contact data necessary to carry out transactions arising from offers made through the platform.
VI-SPAM
We are against any and all practices that promote SPAM of any kind and are committed to ensuring that messages sent through the platform are always of interest or importance to the respective recipients. Furthermore, at any time the USER can also choose to stop receiving emails from IBTI Web Tools, adjusting their preferences for receiving emails or canceling their account, via email: igor.brandao@ibti.tech or through the "DELETE" Platform channel
VII - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
IBTI Web Tools reserves the right, at any time, to change this Privacy Policy, updating its content according to the needs for technological improvement or its functionalities or in compliance with current legislation.
In case of changes to this Policy, IBTI Web Tools will notify users through a publication to be made available in a prominent area on the Platform and will send an email message alerting users about the changes made to the Policy and the need for new consent for the continued access to the platform.
